By using zelk.in or placing an order with Zelk, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Products & pricing

We try to show accurate product details and prices in INR. We may correct errors and cancel orders placed at incorrect prices. Product images are illustrative; slight colour variation can occur.

Orders

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we confirm it by email or when the order is fulfilled. We may refuse or cancel orders for suspected fraud, stock issues, or pricing errors.

Accounts

Customer accounts are hosted by Shopify. You are responsible for keeping login details secure and for activity under your account.

Intellectual property

Zelk branding, product designs, and site content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Indian law, Zelk is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products, except where liability cannot be excluded (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections.
