Returns

We want you to be happy with every piece. If something isn’t right, you can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Eligible returns

• Unworn, unwashed, and unused, with original tags attached.
• In original packaging where practical.
• Not marked as final sale (if we ever offer final-sale items, they will be labelled).

How to start a return

1. Email hello@zelk.in with your order number and reason.
2. We’ll confirm eligibility and share return instructions / pickup where available.
3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

Refunds go to the original payment method. Prepaid orders are usually refunded within 5-7 business days after we accept the return. COD refunds may take longer and may be issued via bank transfer. We will confirm details by email.

Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong / defective item).

Exchanges

Prefer a different size? Note it in your return request. Exchanges depend on stock; if unavailable we’ll refund instead.

Damaged or wrong item

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We’ll arrange a free return and replacement or refund.
