Shipping

We ship across India, including Tamil Nadu. Zelk is designed in Chennai. Orders are fulfilled after payment confirmation (or COD acceptance, where offered at checkout).

Cost

• Free shipping on orders of ₹999 and above (after discounts, before COD fees if any).
• Orders under ₹999: a flat shipping fee is shown at checkout.

Timelines

• Processing: usually 1-2 business days after order confirmation.
• Delivery: typically 3-7 business days depending on your pin code and courier.

Delays can occur during sales, holidays, or courier disruptions. Tracking details are emailed when your order ships.

Address & failed delivery

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address or unreachable recipient, re-shipment may incur additional charges or the order may be cancelled and refunded per our Returns policy.
